When emotional patterns run the show, we react instead of responding with choice. Over time, that keeps us stuck - disconnected from the confidence, vitality, and meaningful connection we truly seek in our work and home relationships.

We don't need another technique for managing emotions. We need an embodied, evidence-based appproach that works directly with the nervous system - rewires patterns of behaviour at a deeper level.

This also helps us mature into a fundementally different relationship with our emotional lives - one where we neither fear nor avoid our feelings, but instead welcome them as essential guides on a path to feeling more grounded, alive and free.

In this free workshop, we'll explore:

  • The three steps to feel more emotionally regulated, connected, and in charge of how you feel — even in the midst of challenges.

  • How you respond to stress, triggers and overwhelm — and how to change it.

  • How to recognise what nervous system state you’re in — and why that changes everything about how you think, feel, and relate.

  • Why you still get caught in emotional highs and/or lows in the workplace.

  • The difference between managing emotions and actually feeling and releasing them - so they stop running the show.

What makes this work different from other techniques is...

it's not just talk. Somatic techniques work through your body, giving us direct

access to repattern the nervous system — where real, lasting change happens.

I'm Salima, the founder of Inner Vision Therapies — a Certified UZAZU Embodied Intelligence Facilitator, Somatic EMDR Practitioner, and Woman-Centred Coach.

I have spent over 1,000 hours supporting women one-to-one with trauma recovery, emotional reprocessing, and nervous system regulation.


From that work, I have developed body-based programs that help you shift your state in real time, feel safer in your emotions, and actively tune into your own values, self-trust and

inner-confidence.

I help you rewire patterns at a nervous system level, bringing a deeper sense of calm and reducing the need to control everything around you.

I am passionate about supporting women on their journey into full aliveness — to live from self-trust, feel at peace in their bodies, and grow confident in who they’re becoming.
